Store Design and Optimisation
A clearer, more consistent storefront and buying journey.
How our partnership works
We partner with e-commerce businesses to strengthen their stores, improve customer acquisition and conversion, and work towards meaningful sales milestones through a structured, performance-based growth arrangement.
$30,000
Initial cumulative total-sales milestone.
5%
Of verified net profit under the agreed calculation method.
No upfront agency service fee under this arrangement. The client separately funds approved marketing budgets, paid tools and other agreed business expenses.
The process
Review the store, products, customer journey, current performance and opportunities.
Make agreed improvements across design, search, product pages, conversion, trust, analytics, retention and relevant marketing.
Implement the strategy, monitor progress and track cumulative store sales against the initial milestone.
Once the milestone is achieved and verified, mutually agree on the next sales target and measurement period in writing.
The $30,000 milestone is cumulative total sales, not a monthly target. It is a goal, not a guaranteed result; no timeframe is promised.
Compensation, clearly defined
There is no upfront agency service fee under this model. Benalux Digital receives 5% of verified net profit, calculated using the sales records and deductible costs agreed upon before work begins.
The final agreement defines eligible sales, attribution, deductible expenses, refunds, reporting and payment terms. Only documented costs agreed in advance may be deducted, and the same expense must not be deducted twice.
Illustration only — not a forecast
Marketing budgets, paid apps, subscriptions and third-party tools are separately funded by the client. Written approval is required before paid expenditure is committed.
The agreed scope
A clearer, more consistent storefront and buying journey.
Technical and on-page improvements for relevant searches.
Clear product information and easier catalogue discovery.
Address friction across the customer's path to purchase.
Strengthen genuine trust signals and policy clarity.
Relevant measurement, reporting and progress checks.
Develop relevant email journeys and repeat-purchase opportunities.
Plan relevant acquisition activities within approved budgets.
Precise services and deliverables depend on the store and the scope mutually agreed with each client.
Shared responsibilities
Before we begin

This document is a sample for review, not a final agreement ready for signature. The final terms must be completed and mutually agreed by both parties.
If this partnership model fits your business, the next step is to discuss your store, priorities, and the growth strategy that makes sense for you.
