We partner with Shopify store owners to improve their stores and build a stronger sales system. We work toward the agreed sales target together — you provide the approved marketing budget and necessary paid resources, and our agency service fee is not charged upfront. We earn the agreed 5% commission on verified net profit generated under the partnership.

The terms

Clear terms, agreed in writing before we start.

A shared $30,000 sales goal

We work together toward $30,000 in Shopify sales. It is the target we build toward together — not a guaranteed result or a promise of revenue.

5% commission on verified net profit

Our commission is 5% of the agreed, verified net profit generated under the partnership — calculated after deducting agreed product and shipping costs. It is not charged on the full sales revenue.

You fund the agreed budget

You provide the agreed marketing budget and pay for any necessary paid tools or apps. All spending is discussed and approved by you before it is incurred.

No upfront agency service fee

There is no upfront agency service fee and no monthly retainer. Our compensation is performance-based according to the agreed terms.

Sales revenue and net profit are not the same thing. The $30,000 target refers to sales; the 5% commission is calculated on the agreed net-profit basis — not automatically on the full $30,000 in revenue. The baseline, milestones, reporting and calculations are agreed in writing, and performance is measured against them.
